Matt Maynard has named an unchanged side from the defeat to Gloucestershire for today's Vitality Blast match against Essex Eagles.
Fresh from his brilliant unbeaten knock of 93 in his T20 debut for the club on Thursday, Australian star Marnus Labuschagne will be looking to contribute with a big total once more.
The match at Sophia Gardens gets underway at 2.30pm.
Glamorgan then take on Surrey at The Kia Oval on Monday, 14th June (6.30pm) to round off the first three games of the season.
While only two overseas players are permitted to play in any fixture, a maximum of three can be registered at any one time, with a range of options now available to Maynard and Cooke depending on the conditions at hand.
Bowler Michael Neser is the overseas player to miss out on selection for this game, with only two such players permitted to play in any fixture, as Labuschagne and Ingram get the nod.
The squad for selection: C Cooke *+, N Selman, D Lloyd, M Labuschagne, C Ingram, K Carlson, D Douthwaite, A Salter, R Smith, Tvd Gugten, P Sisodiya
