One-change to 13-man squad for Surrey match

Head coach David Harrison has made one-change to our 13-man squad to face Surrey in the Royal London Cup at Sophia Gardens tomorrow.

All-rounder Callum Taylor returns in place of Sam Pearce after recovering from a slight ankle problem.

Taylor picked up the knock against Somerset and was unavailable for the Welsh county’s rained off 50-over match against Derbyshire on Friday.

Meanwhile, Andy Gorvin and Steven Reingold, who have both made their List A debuts during the current Royal London Cup campaign, have signed one-month short-term contracts with the club.

View from the camp – David Harrison

“We’ve played some really good cricket so far in the competition coming away with two wins and just falling short against Somerset.

“It was disappointing to be washed out at Derby as the boys were keen to bounce back from the Taunton defeat, but tomorrow is another opportunity to do that.

“Surrey are a big club with a lot of very good players so we will need to be at our best to claim our second home win of the competition.”

Head-to-head – Glamorgan v Surrey
