GLAMORGAN READY FOR VITALITY BLAST DOUBLEHEADER THIS WEEKEND

Glamorgan selectors have named a 15-man squad for an exciting opening weekend of Vitality Blast matches at Sophia Gardens.

Glamorgan will face Surrey at 6.30pm on Friday evening then are back in action again against Sussex Sharks at 2.30pm on Sunday.

The squad includes overseas players Colin Ingram and Marnus Labuschagne. Additionally, Mason Crane is set to play his first white-ball game for Glamorgan. James Harris will be rested this weekend.

"The squad are buzzing with the change of format & pace of T20 now upon us. Over the past 3 months we have regularly switched our focus to T20 in between Championship focus.

"Our whole squad begin the Vitality Blast campaign with clarity of our Plans To Win, including individual roles that best suit the brilliant skills we have in our team.

"There’s a nice excitement building, especially with the 1st 2 rounds at home where we get a chance to showcase our skills in front of family, friends and home fans at Sophia Gardens".
