All-rounder Craig Meschede is out injured with a bicep issue and is unavailable for selection.
Meschede has further investigations planned, with a follow up review with the consultant towards the end of September.
It is a recurrent issue from an old injury which has flared up over the last couple of months and restricted the 27-year-old to a handful of second team appearances.
Meschede will continue to be treated by the Glamorgan medical team until his review.
