Following the First Minister’s Coronavirus update on Friday 18th June, we have now allocated all seats for our England v Pakistan ODI on Thursday 8th July to our maximum safe capacity here at Sophia Gardens.
Our ticket office have worked tirelessly since the Welsh Government's clarification on numbers of spectators allowed to sit together, and have issued tickets based on our international ticket policy, details of which can be found here.
We encourage all match ticket purchasers to check their emails, including junk folders, to understand the status of their ticket purchase.
For those with tickets we were unable to fulfil, we will be processing a full refund as quickly as we possibly can. All refunds issued are a result of the venue following our ticket rollback policy.
Thank you for the patience you've shown. We appreciate this is a frustrating situation for us all to be in, especially when long-held plans have to be changed at such short notice and we thank you for bearing with us whilst we actioned important guidance provided to us just recently.
