Gloucestershire have been victorious on their last two visits to Cardiff, including last summer when James Bracey made 63 as the visitors reached their target with an over to spare. In all, he hit a massive straight six plus 7 fours, three of which came in successive balls from David Payne and looked to be on course to become the first Glamorgan batter to score a hundred at Sophia Gardens in T20 cricket, but his hitherto faultless innings ended abruptly as he chipped a slower ball back to Benny Howell.
