The 2014 Annual General Meeting will take place at 6pm on Monday 31st March 2014 in the Morgan Cole Lounge, SWALEC Stadium, Cardiff CF11 9XR
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
- Chairman's opening remarks
- Apologies for absence
- Confirmation of minutes from 2013 AGM
- Chief Executive's Report
- Treasurer's Report
- To adopt the Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ending 31st December, 2014, together with the Auditor's Report thereon
- To re-appoint he Club's Auditors
- To announce the membership of the Committee for the ensuing year
- Chairman's Closing remarks
