Glamorgan selectors have named a 14-man squad for Thursday’s Metro Bank One Day Cup game against Gloucestershire.
The 2021 One Day Cup Champions will be hoping that the momentum from white ball Captain, Kiran Carlson’s record-breaking T20 batting performance will inspire them to a winning start to the 2024 competition which begins on home ground at Sophia Gardens.
Glamorgan’s home matches in the group stage will start at Sophia Gardens on Thursday, 25 July before moving to Neath Cricket Club next week on Wednesday, 31 July and Friday, 2 August then a return to Cardiff for the final group game on Wednesday, 14 August.
Colin Ingram is unavailable for this game as he’s set to join Northern Superchargers as a short-term temporary replacement player in The Hundred. Chris Cooke and Mason Crane are playing for Welsh Fire in The Hundred. James Harris, Sam Northeast and Zain ul Hassan are recovering from injuries.
