“Having a week for the squad to refresh and recharge has been welcomed as we look to pour everything into the final 3 Championship fixtures plus the 50 Over Final.
“The 2s had 3 excellent days of cricket v Hampshire this week at Newport, which was also valuable for a few of our squad who relished game time.
“Sussex have been flying this year in all formats, so we look forward to testing our skills and game plans against the benchmark team.”
