Glamorgan Women have announced their first-ever squad for a historic opening game to the season in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup at the Home of Welsh Cricket in Sophia Gardens on Saturday 19 April.
Playing their first-ever match under the Daffodil, Glamorgan Women have named a 14-member squad for the Metro Bank One-Day Cup match against Sussex Sharks, which will start at 10:30am at Sophia Gardens on Saturday 19 April.
Pontypridd-born Bethan Gammon will lead the side as they make history in front of the crowd at Sophia Gardens, for whom tickets are FREE for the match, and can be booked HERE. Gammon is no stranger to the big stage, having played for Western Storm in 2021 and 2022, before moving to Nottingham to represent The Blaze in 2024.

Loan Update
Glamorgan Women welcome the arrivals of Erin Vukusic and Poppy Tulloch, who have both joined the Club on loan. Poppy Tulloch comes to Cardiff from Hampshire on a season-long loan, while Erin Vukusic joins from Somerset for a one-match loan at this stage.
