Head Coach Robert Croft has named a 15-man squad for Glamorgan’s Vitality Blast clash against Middlesex in Richmond.
The Welsh county will be looking to make it three from three in a week after dramatic victories against Surrey on Tuesday and local rivals Gloucestershire on Friday night.
Glamorgan will be without an overseas player for the match after Australian pair Usman Khawaja and Joe Burns returned to Australia, however white-ball captain Colin Ingram returns to the squad after recovering from an allergic reaction, which kept him out of the both matches.
Wicketkeeper batsman Tom Cullen, seam bowler Lukas Carey and batsman Callum Taylor have all been added to the squad for today’s game. Cullen excelled during Glamorgan’s recent second team T20 match against Surrey striking 70*, whilst Carey took 3/22 & 4/20 for the second team against the Unicorns last week. This is Taylor’s first appearance in a Glamorgan first team squad. The all-rounder players for Newport Cricket Club in the South Wales Premier League and contributes regularly with bat and bowl for the Glamorgan second team.
