On December 21st the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC) will close the first part of its Call for Evidence, the public online survey which can be found on its website.
This is the last chance for the general cricketing public to be able to make their voice and views heard to the Commission.
The ICEC is calling for people who are or were involved in cricket, on or off the field, to share their experiences of racism, elitism and sexism - positive or negative - to help form the Commission’s equity report due in summer 2022.
The Commission will evaluate the state of equity in cricket in England and Wales to examine discrimination and inequity where it exists and identify opportunities to tackle the problems. Additionally, the Commission will also identify good practice in the game that can be learnt from, shared, and improved.
