Glamorgan Cricket is pleased to announce that long-standing partner, MiPost, has signed a two-year sponsorship extension with the club.
MiPost has been a partner of the club since 2014 and has proudly featured on both limited over kits every year since.
In this new agreement, they will remain as our main sponsor for both the Royal London Cup and Vitality Blast shirts with their logo proudly adorning the front of both kits.
The deal will also see the MiPost brand continue to be displayed around Sophia Gardens on both pitch facing and crowd facing ad boards.
MiPost is a postal services provider, offering innovative cost saving solutions for businesses of all sizes including hybrid mail. It is part of McLays, a leading print, mail and digital mail solutions company based in Cardiff for over 100 years.
Managing director at MiPost, Ken Vaughan, said: “When Huw approached us to discuss extending the relationship for the next two years it was a very easy decision to make.
"We have been very proud to work with, and for, Glamorgan over the last seven years and we look forward to taking this through until at least 2023.”
Marketing Manager at MiPost, Barrie Stevens, added: “During the last 18 months with many people being forced to work from home, the use of our MiPost Hybrid Mail solution has grown and no doubt the Glamorgan relationship has played a part in that.
"We look forward to the ongoing return to normality, and hope to share in more on-field success.”
Head of commercial at Glamorgan, Huw Warren, said: “Since joining the Glamorgan family, MiPost have been one of our biggest supporters and we are delighted to have them on board for another two years.
“They have shown unwavering support for the club and this new deal demonstrates the close relationship we have formed with Ken and Barrie over the years.
“As our lead print and postal services provider, MiPost and McLays have always given us incredible service and we’re thrilled we can continue to call on their expertise. The exposure the club has delivered for their brand has ensured this is a true mutually beneficial partnership.
“We are gearing up for an exciting 2022 season as the Royal London Cup champions and MiPost will have pride of place on both that and our Vitality Blast shirts.”
