Players allocated to Premier League clubs

The allocation of Glamorgan players to the South Wales Premier League Division 1 and 2 clubs has been confirmed for the 2017 season.

With first team players not expected to appear regularly in what is already a hectic summer schedule, those with the most first team experience have been allocated to division two teams including captain Jacques Rudolph with Ynystawe CC, Colin Ingram at Clydach and last year’s Player of the Year Timm van der Gugten paired with Tata Steel.

A number of the young players have formed close relationships with their Premier League clubs, so have retained their associations for the new campaign, but one that has moved is Owen Morgan following his breakthrough into the first team, with the Pontarddulais product moving to Port Talbot.
