Glamorgan cruised to a record 63 run win in their opening Vitality Blast fixture against Hampshire at the Ageas Bowl.
White-ball captain Colin Ingram scored 35 and claimed bowling figures of 2/15 to help set up the win, but puts the victory down to a complete team performance.
"I thought the guys came into the game with a great attitude, then we made some good decisions along the way- batting-wise, we showed the right energy at the crease, and then to get the wickets down early was awesome," said Ingram.
"Salter's done it (opened the bowling) for us in the past, he likes a challenge and he's a big character- his first ball went out of the ground so to get two wickets in the first over was a great comeback.
"We said before the comp we wanted to start afresh (after poor results in other competitions), to try to change momentum, you can see smiles on faces and it really means a lot to turn that round, I feel it's a big turning point in our season."
