Route sign new deal with Glamorgan

Glamorgan Cricket is pleased to announce it has expanded its partnership with Welsh outdoor media specialists, Route for the next two years.

Route will sponsor both collars of the Club’s brand-new Vitality Blast kit for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, having featured on the collar of the Royal London Cup shirt and both sides of the Vitality Blast cap last summer.

Their brand will also feature heavily around Sophia Gardens on both pitch facing and crowd facing ad boards.

Director at Route, Dean Jones, said: “We are thrilled to be extending our partnership with Huw and the team at Glamorgan Cricket.

"Last season was very positive for Glamorgan, and cricket in general across Wales. The whole team at Route have enjoyed being part of the journey and promoting the club through advertising and digital signage products.

"This partnership further supports our plans for growth across Wales, and we can’t wait for the new season to begin."

Head of Commercial, Huw Warren, added: “Route have been fantastic partners since joining us last year and we are delighted they have expanded their sponsorship deal with the Club.

“As advertising specialists, Route understand the benefits of working with a pan-Wales sports team and the significant brand exposure appearing on our Vitality Blast shirt will generate.

“We look forward to working with Dean and his team throughout the season and continuing to develop our mutually beneficial partnership which has also seen them promote Glamorgan and Sophia Gardens to audiences throughout Wales.”

Based in Cardiff, Route provides outdoor media solutions designed to raise profiles and drive interest. Their portfolio of static and mobile products work hard to reach target audiences, using engaging and dynamic content across roadside LED screens, digital vans, bikes, walking billboards and digital hardware.

Their partners range from national sports stadiums and international airports to local charities, the public sector, independent organisations, and grassroots organisations like Cricket Wales.
