Refund Policy
During summer 2014 we enjoyed excellent weather, with only one limited overs home match abandoned due to weather. Given the UK does experience rain from time to time during the summer months which may affect cricket matches, in the event of inclement adversely weather affecting the NatWest T20 Blast campaign in 2015, the following refund policy will be activated for season ticket holders and advance ticket buyers:
Season Ticket Holders
- 7 games ending with no result/abandoned: £60 refund (full refund)
- 6 games ending with no result/abandoned: £40 refund
- 5 games ending with no result/abandoned: £20 refund
- 4 games ending with no result/abandoned: access to 3 Royal London matches for free
- 3 games ending with no result/abandoned: access to 2 Royal London matches for free
- 2 games ending with no result/abandoned: access to 1 Royal London match for free
- 1 game ending with no result/abandoned: no refund or additional benefit will be given (this is Wales).
Advance Ticket purchases:
For supporters who purchase T20 tickets in advance, the following applies:
- For every game ending no result or abandoned ticket holders will have the opportunity to exchange to another T20 game (of their choosing subject to availability) or a full refund for value paid.
- If the final T20 game is washed out supporters will have the opportunity to exchange value of tickets paid for against an England v Australia International T20 ticket (subject to availability), Royal London One-Day Cup fixtures or a full refund.
Note: This does not apply for Annual Members who have every game included in their membership.
