Glamorgan selectors have named a 14-man squad for Sunday’s Metro Bank One Day Cup game away to Essex on Sunday, 4 August.
After an enjoyable two games in West Wales at Neath Cricket Club coming away with two victories, Glamorgan are joint top of the Group B table alongside Warwickshire.
On Sunday, they face Essex who are currently seventh in the table.
Colin Ingram and Timm van der Gugten are rested for this game and Alex Horton is released to play for the Seconds.
Sam Northeast returns to the squad after recovering from a hamstring strain, while 16 year old Glamorgan Academy player Tom Norton earns a call-up to the first team for this trip to Chelmsford.
