Marchant de Lange praised Glamorgan's bowlers after they dismissed Gloucestershire for 181 on day three of their Bob Willis Trophy match.
The Welsh county were bowled out for 116 in their first innings but fought back well in the afternoon with Graham Wagg leading from the front with 3/38, while de Lange finished with figures of 2/31.
‘I thought the opening spells from myself and Timm were pretty good. Timm in particular bowled a very good length and the follow up spells from Dan and Waggy were [spot on],' said de Lange.
‘To restrict them to 180 on the pitch was pleasing and to get a couple of wickets at the end helped the cause but we’re not out of the woods yet.
‘I felt with our batters they set it up well for us at the end of the day. Our batters probably understand the wicket a little bit better now and I can’t wait to see a good partnership and someone to go on and score big.’
