We want your feedback: Glamorgans approach to diversity and inclusion

7 Oct 2021 | Community

Glamorgan Cricket is committed to ensuring the game of cricket is a game for everyone.

We are currently working with the National Centre for Diversity towards achieving Investors in Diversity. The award is a nationally recognised equality, diversity accreditation that recognises excellence in this area.

Organisations, like us, who sign up to the process of Investors in Diversity aim to find out as much as possible from our members, customers and all who engage with our facilities and services in respect of how well you feel we promote Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE) as part of its policies and practices.

We would really like for all those who engage with Glamorgan Cricket to complete a short questionnaire, to enable the appropriate people at the National Centre for Diversity to assess Glamorgan Cricket’s strengths and areas for development, and whether it meets the level required to be recognised as a fair, equal, and inclusive organisation under the Investors in Diversity standard.

From this an action plan will be generated which we will review progress later in 6-12 months as to whether we are making the right sort of progress.

As such, we would be delighted if you could take a few minutes to complete the survey and let us know your views.  It should only take a few minutes to complete, and your feedback will really help with this process. Your answers will be kept completely anonymous and is a chance for you to express your honest opinion regarding your experience and knowledge of our organisation in relation to our work around equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Please click on the link HERE to complete the survey.

The closing date is 22nd October but please complete the survey at your earliest convenience. This is a journey we are going on and welcome your contribution.
