Booking Protect - Booking Refund Protection

In addition to match refund schemes for major matches and the Club's own policy for ticketed domestic events, Glamorgan CCC Ltd offers customers a booking refund protection service. For more details click here.

The ECB and venues appreciate that the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic means you may need to consider more options before you book your tickets in advance.

That is why a ticket-buying process has been created that will allow you to purchase a place for next summer’s internationals with the confidence that you will be guaranteed a refund if spectators cannot be admitted or the date of the match changes and you are unable to attend.

The health and safety of spectators and staff remain the game’s first priority. Ahead of all matches, we will provide updates on health and safety measures and, if applicable, the process for refunds and/or other options available to ticket purchasers.

Domestic Match Refund Scheme

Please note that the ticket is purchased on the basis of known teams, format, venue and a provisional date. The date of the match may change. If that occurs, the new date will be communicated and you will be given two weeks in which to request a refund should you no longer wish to attend. Should COVID-19 restrictions mean fans cannot use their purchased tickets, they will either receive a rollover to another fixture or have the option for a full refund. Your registered email address will be used to contact you for this purpose.  If your contact details change then you must inform us at tickets@glamorgancricket.co.uk or you may miss your opportunity to claim a refund.  In addition, please be sure to read the standard ticketing T&Cs as detailed below, which are also in place to protect your purchase should there be any cancellation of matches or a requirement to restrict entry.

Domestic Ticket Roll Back Policy
In the event of Welsh Government health and safety restrictions at Sophia Gardens, where we can only admit a limited number of spectators to the ground, the Club will select attendees on the following priority order:

  1. Glamorgan Members, ECB & Glamorgan Commercial Partners – allocated based on attendance percentage authorised by Welsh Government

  2. Glamorgan Season Ticket holders

  3. Glamorgan NHS Hero tickets

  4. All ticket purchasers– allocated based on the time/date of purchase, with those who purchased first receiving priority access

We reserve the right to cancel your ticket due to events beyond our reasonable control and/or should we believe it is reasonable to do so on health and safety grounds. If we cancel your ticket in such circumstances, you will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the tickets (which shall not include any initial booking/administration fees, if applicable, which shall be non-refundable). We have absolute discretion as to which tickets to cancel in a situation where reduced capacity at the venue result in a requirement to cancel a proportion of tickets.

We reserve the right to impose health and safety-related conditions which attendees must comply with (including but not limited to the provision of details of all attendees for Test and Trace purposes).  Any attendees refusing to comply with such conditions may have their ticket(s) cancelled, be refused entry or removed from the venue.

We shall not be liable to you for failure to perform any of our obligations to the extent that the failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. Personal arrangements and expenditure, including travel, accommodation and other costs and expenses incurred by you relating to a match which have been arranged by you are at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to you for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenditure in relation to such personal arrangements, even if caused as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of a match for which you have purchased tickets.

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which the ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the match ticket value subject to the following:
