Andrew Salter will always look back at his part in Glamorgan’s Royal London One-Day Cup triumph in 2021 with particular pride, collecting the Player of the Match award for his innings of 33 and 3-43 bowling figures.

The Pembrokeshire-born player made his County Championship debut for Glamorgan against Leicestershire at St. Helen’s, Swansea in 2013 and made an immediate impact, taking a wicket with his first ball. Since then, he was continued to impress as a bowler and a lower middle-order batter who has also been happy to open the innings for Glamorgan when required. He was awarded his county cap in 2022.
