Harry Podmore finally became a permanent member of the Glamorgan playing staff at the start of the 2023 season, having previously crossed the Severn Bridge on loan in 2016 and 2017.
A graduate of the Middlesex Academy, Harry spent the first month of the 2016 season on loan at Sophia Gardens having just made his first-class debut for Middlesex. A year later he returned to help Glamorgan out, but signed for Kent in 2018, and was capped by them in 2019.
Harry rejoined Glamorgan for 2023, with an eye to establishing himself in the team – seven years after first playing for the county.
