Sisodiya shot to prominence in 2018 whilst on his First-class debut against Derbyshire where the left arm spinner took 5 wickets in the match and scored 40 runs in the match. Sisodiya also starred for England in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup alongside Roman Walker.

Sisodiya is a product of the Glamorgan youth setup. He is a tall spinner who can dart the ball in. Accurate and intelligent with the ball, he offers the skipper a very reliable option. He also scored 63 for the Under-19s before appearing in the Under-19 World Cup. 

He made his Vitality Blast debut against Hampshire, opening the bowling and picking up the valuable wicket of Sam Northeast.

2020 was a breakout year for Sisodiya as he opened the bowling throughout the Blast for Glamorgan, taking 10 wickets at an average of 23.20 with an economy rate of 6.44. Prem earned a new three-year professional contract off the back of his performances, keeping him at Glamorgan until at least the end of the 2023 season.
