Glamorgan remain unchanged for Surrey clash

Head Coach Matt Maynard’s squad remains unchanged for the Vitality Blast clash against Surrey at The Kia Oval today.

Glamorgan enter the match on the back of a comprehensive seven wicket win against Essex Eagles last night, while Surrey have won their opening two fixtures in the competition and currently sit in 2nd place in the South Group.

Marnus Labuschagne has been the early MVP for the Welsh county during the first two games of the competition having struck back-to-back half-centuries and will be hoping to continue his form against a strong Surrey outfit.

The match at The Kia Oval gets underway at 6.30pm.

While only two overseas players are permitted to play in any fixture, a maximum of three can be registered at any one time, with a range of options now available to Maynard and Cooke depending on the conditions at hand.

Colin Ingram and Labuschagne have played both fixtures so date, with all-rounder Michael Neser eagerly awaiting an opportunity to make his T20 debut for Glamorgan.

The squad for selection: C Cooke *+, N Selman, D Lloyd, M Labuschagne, C Ingram, K Carlson, D Douthwaite, A Salter, R Smith, Tvd Gugten, P Sisodiya
