Glamorgan County Cricket Club: Nominate Your NHS Hero Ticket Giveaway
This giveaway promotion is a thank you to all NHS and auxiliary staff for their efforts fighting against Covid-19. We’re providing five adult tickets to any Glamorgan T20 fixture in 2020 or 2021 (“The Prize”) for eligibly nominated NHS staff only, including but not limited to doctors, nurses, porters, cleaners, support workers.
Definitions:
NominatorThe individual who is making the nomination and submitting the details of the nominated individual.
Nominee/Nominated Individual(s)The individual(s) who are nominated as part of this giveaway promotion.Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions apply to the “Nominate Your NHS Hero” ticket giveaway (“The Promotion”) run by Glamorgan County Cricket Club. By submitting a Nominee, the Nominator will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them.
The Promotion is open to any person over the age of 17 (both the Nominator and the Nominee), excluding those employees of Glamorgan County Cricket Club who have been involved with the creation and administration of this promotion.
Promotion EntryGlamorgan County Cricket Club reserves the right to alter or amend the method of entry or The Promotion at any time.To enter The Promotion, the Nomination Form must be completed between 00.01 20/04/2020 and 23.59 31/12/2020.Entry to The Promotion may only be made through the applicable method indicated in The Prize information. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The PrizeThe Promotion opens at 00.01 20/04/2020 and closes at 23.59 31/12/2020.The Prize constitutes a giveaway of five free Adult tickets to a T20 fixture in 2020 or 2021 at Glamorgan County Cricket Club. All five adult tickets will be issued for the one match on the Nominees’ preferred date. The Nominator may only submit the Nominate Form once and The Prize is limited to one Nominee per Nominate Form.Nominees must claim their Prize tickets by the end of the Glamorgan County Cricket Club T20 cricket season in 2021 (exact dates not currently known).Eligible Nominees may be asked to provide proof of NHS staff identity upon request for the Prize.Glamorgan County Cricket Club is entitled to refuse to process any Prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming the Prize.Glamorgan County Cricket Club will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the Nominee may incur in relation to The Promotion or Prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the Prize.Glamorgan County Cricket Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpageGlamorgan County Cricket reserves the right to declare The Promotion null and void and stage another promotion or prize in its place.The Prize will remain valid for the 2020/2021 T20 cricket season at Glamorgan County Cricket Club.The Prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.By accepting and claiming The Prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.Privacy PolicyBy submitting the Nomination Form, you agree to Glamorgan County Cricket Club Privacy Policy, available here.When a nomination is made, we will ask you ‘the Nominator” for the following personal information:– First Name and Surname– Telephone Number– Email AddressPersonal information may also be included in the Nominator’s narrative of why the Nominee deserves the Prize.
When a Nomination Form is submitted, Glamorgan County Cricket Club will review all of the information provided in line with the selection criteria outlined in the terms and conditions.If the Nomination Form does not comply with the terms and conditions, then the relevant personal information will be promptly deleted.Glamorgan County Cricket Club will use the personal information provided by Nominators to assess eligible entries. Such personal information shall only be kept by Glamorgan County Cricket Club for as long as necessary to fulfil the ‘Nominate Your NHS Hero’ Promotion and will be promptly deleted thereafter.Glamorgan County Cricket Club will use the personal information provided by Nominators to contact them with additional information regarding claiming the Prize, at this point and may ask for the Nominees details in order to fulfil this. The Nominators will be asked to confirm that the Nominee(s) are happy to be recipients of the Prize and for their personal information (First name and email address) to be used for this purpose only. Once contacted the Nominee(s) will confirm consent for their personal information to be used, in line with these T&Cs and Glamorgan County Cricket Club Privacy Policy. If a Nominee(s) does not wish to accept their Prize, then their personal information will be deleted immediately.
All other privacy measures, outside of these specific T&Cs, are covered in the Glamorgan Privacy Policy.PublicityGlamorgan County Cricket Club may exercise its sole discretion to use any consenting Promotion recipients’ names or photos, or comments relating to the Prize and Promotion as materials for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without prior notice or without any fee being paid.
