If the fixture you are attending is cancelled due to the health and safety pandemic, we guarantee that you will be eligible for either a refund of the total value of your tickets or a credit of the same amount in your account with us.
These rights will be automatically communicated to you and all options presented clearly.
If the match is abandoned on the day due to rain, then our 'Refund Conditions' page contains all the information needed.
The current dates for the following major match fixtures at Sophia Gardens are provisional:
England vs Sri Lanka, June 23th & 24th
England vs Pakistan ODI, July 8th
If these dates are to change, then all ticket purchasers will be able to move their ticket and seat to the new date, or be eligible for a full refund.
If the date changes, all ticket buyers will be emailed with the details of how to proceed.

The England vs Sri Lanka IT20s ticket ballot is open and can be entered HERE.Ballot winners are selected randomly, and will be emailed on Friday, 12th February to confirm whether or not they have been successful.
If you are successful in entering our ballot, an access code will be emailed to you with details on how to buy.
Our operations team have been working hard throughout the Covid-19 pandemic to make Sophia Gardens as safe a venue as possible for players and staff during the behind-closed-doors season of 2020, and they have now been working to make it as safe as possible for spectators to return in 2021.
We've installed hand sanisters throughout the stadium, with one-way systems in place and enhanced cleaning measures to help keep you safe and healthy.
We've also introduced strict social distancing measures and clear signage and guidance around Sophia Gardens.

The health and wellbeing of everyone involved is the number one priority. The ECB will continue to work closely with government, other sports governing bodies and across industry to plan and deliver the safe return of spectators to live cricket.
We will contact ticket holders to advise them of any health and safety measures that may be in place. These measures may include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Sophia Gardens and the ECB will continue to work with Government and other sports over the winter to understand how we can safely welcome cricket fans back next summer. If there is a requirement for social distancing and a reduction in stadium capacity, we will contact ticket purchasers to advise on next steps and any contingency measures in place.All ticket purchasers are provided with a Ticket Refund Promise to guard against the potential impact of Covid-19 this summer.
