Glamorgan County Cricket Club commits to the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Should any individual identify information or concerns which indicates potential malpractice or wrongdoing, either now or historically within GCCC, then this information should be disclosed without fear of reprisal.

There is specific legislation in place to enable and protect staff or others in voicing concerns in a responsible and professional manner – we actively encourage the reporting of inappropriate behaviour and commit to supporting those who raise concerns in line with policy and procedure.

Such malpractice or wrongdoing may relate to:

  • Discipline
  • Safeguarding
  • Financial malpractice or impropriety or fraud
  • Failure to comply with a legal obligation or Statutes
  • Dangers to Health & Safety or the environment
  • Criminal activity
  • Improper conduct or unethical behaviour
  • Attempts to conceal any of these

Additionally, we want to ensure that cricket is a game for everyone – you can report discrimination through the ECB website here.

Your concern will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.
