Glamorgan's match against Lancashire Lightning at Emirates Old Trafford has been abandoned on Friday 1st August due to heavy rain fall in Manchester.
Toby Radford, Glamorgan Head Coach said,
It's a frustrating situation for the team as we've travelled up here ready to play and the weather has stopped us from doing so.
We've had a good summer weather wise in Cardiff, so fingers crossed the conditions improve sufficiently in the next 24 hours to let a full and fair game go ahead. The lads have prepared well for today's game, are in good spirits and we knew about the possibility of a reserve day so we'll be ready to go again tomorrow.
I feel sorry for the supporters who have travelled up here to back the team as well, many of whom wouldn't have made plans to stay over, so to expect them to come back tomorrow is difficult.
