The Glamorgan pre-season fitness training is in full flow with the squad being put through their paces following the Christmas holidays.
Sprint tests and yo-yos (bleep tests) are used to see where the players are at in terms of their fitness.
We caught up with Ruaidhri Smith to see how he is finding the pre-season testing following an injury stricken previous season.
I had a bit of a hamstring problem at the start of last season, then I felt like I was going pretty well and playing good, and then towards the end of the season I had a bit of a reoccurring foot problem which was annoying.
I've done a lot of work over the last three months in preparation for pre-season and when I was injured I was working on fitness and strength, so I'm looking to start the season strong.

We also spoke to Will Bragg to discuss his thoughts on what the Glamorgan team can achieve this year.
Last year I think we made some pretty big strides from where we were the season before.
We've got a nice mix of youth and the more experienced guys so the blend of the team is there to progress. We want to build on what we did last year and go one better by getting promoted to Division 1.
When asked about his own personal goals for the season Bragg said:
As a top order batsman we go into every season trying to pass the landmark of 1000 runs in four day cricket.
Personally I want to improve my one-day game, more specifically the 50 over format and then try to take that into the T20 games too.
Whilst there's definitely an emphasis on improving my one day game, I'm also looking to be a bit more consistent in the four day format.
