Glamorgan take on Cardiff MCCU tomorrow (Friday) with the two sides facing off in their annual three-day encounter.
Head Coach Robert Croft has named his team for Glamorgan's concluding pre-season encounter, with Michael Hogan captaining a side which features eight Glamorgan pathway players.
The final friendly comes on the back of a sucessful tour in Dubai and a couple of strong performances against Gloucestershire and Lancashire in home friendlies.
The fixture is scheduled to begin at 11am with Glamorgan rounding off their pre-season campaign before travelling to Gloucestershire on April 20th for the start of their Specsavers County Championship campaign.
Batsman Kiran Carlson, a former Cardiff MCCU player himself, is looking forward to finishing off preparations against a familiar foe.
"It's going to be interesting seeing everyone again and playing against them. It'll be good fun and a good challenge, obviously they're quite a strong team but I think it's going to be good to get out onto the park again and get some more time in the middle.
"This pre-season has been very good in terms of getting a lot of game time. We've had a lot of time together as a group and the tour to Dubai has helped us gel as a team.
"Coming back now into home conditions, we've had a good couple of games and a good few net sessions so I think it will allow us to hit the ground running and really start the season well."
