The Wales U18s boys team have reached the final of both the ECB 50-over cup and the ECB T20 cup.
Both finals will be at Kibworth CC in Leicestershire, with the 50-over final taking place this Sunday and the T20 final next Sunday.
Northamptonshire are the opponents in the 50-over final and it will be either Sussex or Leicestershire in the T20 final a week later.
For the first time, the 50-over competition has been a straight knock-out competition which has created added pressure and excitement each round. On their way to the 50-over final, Wales have knocked out Wiltshire, Devon, Gloucestershire and Surrey.
In the T20 competition, Wales went through their group unbeaten, defeating Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Northamptonshire, Somerset and Gloucestershire.
As a result of having the best record among the group winners they advance straight into the final, the other group winners Sussex and Leicestershire will play in the semi-final prior to the final next Sunday.
Head of Talent Development, Richard Almond said: "We have not been to a final at any age group for a long time and for the boys to get to two finals in a season is a great achievement.
"There have been some outstanding individual performances along the way but the hallmark of this team is that they have all stood up and contributed when needed."
