Mark Wallace today became the first-ever specialist Glamorgan wicket-keeper to score 10,000 first-class runs for the Welsh county.
The long-serving gloveman who at Leicester earlier in the season had reached the milestone of 10,000 first-class runs in all first-class cricket, reached the milestone today for the Welsh county when he reached 14 on the first day of the Club's LV=County Championship match against Essex at the SWALEC Stadium.
Mark therefore became the 24th player in the Club's history to reach this milestone, and the first since Mike Powell in May 2008. The list below shows the date at which they scored their 10,000 run in first-class cricket for the Welsh county.
