Glamorgan Cricket is currently working towards accreditation with the National Centre for Diversity. They are looking at our practices in relation to Fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement - FREDIE for short.
The purpose of this survey is to chart whether Glamorgan Cricket is making progress (we held a similar survey a year ago). It’s really important to us to get this feedback so we would be really grateful if you could please complete this survey (about 15 mins and anonymous) so we can see if we are making a difference.
You hopefully will be aware of how much we are doing to address any real or perceived shortfalls in terms of its ambition to be the most inclusive sport. See our strategy here.
