Paid casual work is on offer at Glamorgan Cricket to support its community programme.
Coach Criteria
Any coach must have the following:-
* Minimum Level 2 ECB coaching qualification
* Valid DBS certificate
* Valid ECB safeguarding course
* Up to date First Aid course
* Member of the ECBCA
A key criteria is that work will mainly be in the evenings and weekends. There will be no contract and coaches will be paid on an hourly basis.
The range of work is varied and can be acting as standing duty manager for the National Cricket Centre (NCC); running sessions for large groups such as students and schools; Matchday funzone and 1:1 coaching. The latter depends on whatever requirements the NCC requires
