Glamorgan win by 24 runs (DLS Method)

Glamorgan selectors have named a 15-man squad for the return to Vitality Blast action this Friday.

After two thrilling Vitality County Championship games that saw Glamorgan chase a target of 262 in 39 overs on the final day against Northamptonshire at Sophia Gardens, followed by a record-tying game away to Gloucestershire in what was one of the greatest games in County Championship history, the squad looks to carry on the positive mindset into the next few Vitality Blast games.

Ben Morris and Henry Hurle are added to the squad. Timm van der Gugten has been rested for this fixture.

The full squad is as follows:

05/ Kiran Carlson (C)

"Another transition from red to white ball, which we welcome and look forward to, with a trip to Hove for a Friday night battle with Sharks, followed by an exciting home encounter with Eagles on Sunday.

"Our 2s have been performing well, so we will take the opportunity to introduce a number of new faces into our squad for these important next six games in the Vitality Blast.

"We also welcome back Colin Ingram, who is recharged after a demanding early-season schedule. Colin will play a key role in this second-half of the season, so it was important to allow him some downtime over the past two weeks to prepare for the sharp end of the season.

"The last 2 weeks of Vitality County Championship fixtures have galvanised the squad in terms of a winning mindset, and we will attack this second half of the season with a no-fear attitude, releasing our dynamic skills and playing to win."
