Following the decision to abandon Glamorgan\'s NatWest T20 Blast match against Surrey tonight, ticket holders are able to exchange their tickets to a different match or claim a refund.
To exchange, simply present your ticket at the Ticket Office on the day of the alternate match that you wish to attend.
Ticket exchanges are not available in advance of the alternate match that you wish to attend and are only available for matches within the same competition and during the same season. This only applies to group fixtures and not to knockout fixtures.
Alternatively you can claim a refund:
Ticket refund requests should be submitted within 28 days of the weather-affected match in question. Please allow up to 30 days from placing the claim for us to process your refund.

The cost of your tickets will be refunded to the credit/debit card on which you made the purchase. If this is not possible or doesn't apply, a cheque for the relevant amount will be raised and sent to you by post.
