BBC Wales to Broadcast Cardiff Forum

Glamorgan Cricket are pleased to confirm that the Club's and supporter's forum in Cardiff on March 20th, will be broadcast by BBC Wales next week on the Radio Wales Sport programme presented by Steffan Gerrero (weeknights 7-9pm).
After the success of the opening Cricket Wales and Glamorgan roadshow events, BBC Wales approached Glamorgan to broadcast the Cardiff forum, where supporters will get the chance to ask questions to Hugh Morris, Toby Radford, Robert Croft, Mark Wallace and Jim Allenby as well as Cricket Wales Chief Executive Peter Hybart.

Following the first three roadshow events that have seen the team travel east and west from Ynystawe to Gwent and back to Haverfordwest, representatives of Glamorgan and Cricket Wales will head up to Llandrindodd Wells in Powys next Monday, before returning to the capital for the fifth forum at the SWALEC Stadium on March 20th.

The Cardiff event will take place in the Pyramid Lounge, in the Really Welsh Pavilion, following the first day's play against Gloucestershire in a friendly at the SWALEC Stadium.

The two-day home friendly next week, starting on March 20th, forms the second leg of a double header against Gloucestershire with both teams meeting in Bristol on 19th May.

It is free to attend all domestic friendly fixtures in Cardiff as well as the roadshow event. However, last year's Cardiff roadshow event attracted over 100 attendees from cricket clubs and supporters and given the limitations of room capacity, spaces will be limited to a similar number once more, so register now for the Cardiff, Llandrindodd Wells or North Wales events by email to tickets@glamorgancricket.co.uk or call 02920 419 311. Every attendee will receive a free ticket to see Glamorgan play during 2014.

The forum will be recorded and broadcast on BBC Wales during the week commencing Monday 25th March. More details will be released when confirmed.

The dates of the final roadshow events at Mold CC and Bangor CC are on 26th and 27th March respectively.
