Head Coach Robert Croft believes Glamorgan are showing signs of improvement after earning 12 bonus points in their weather-affected draw at Derbyshire.
Bad weather interrupted proceedings at Derby on Days Two, Three and Four and the captains shook hands for a draw late on Wednesday afternoon.
And Croft, who saw his team beaten by Leicestershire in their Specsavers County Championship opener, says his team are getting better.
He told BBC Wales after the game: "We've seen it all, we've had rain, sleet, snow, hailstones and we've seen some good cricket.
"I think we did improve from last week (against Leicestershire) which was important. The good thing is that there's still room for improvement again.
"Hopefully we can go up a notch or two again against Kent."
Glamorgan travel to Cantebury for the next County Championship match on Sunday, starting at 11am.
