It's a comprehensive programme that we run and this year we're taking some players off to AbU Dhabi for 10 days in December. We haven't been away as an Academy for 5 or so years so its important development tool and getting to spend this time together is really important as we get to know them on and off the field and they get to experience foreign conditions so it puts them under some pressure for the development which I'm sure will prove a rewarding experience for them.
