Tickets for next month\'s Foster\'s Pro Darts Masters at The SSE SWALEC featuring world champion Michael van Gerwen are now sold out.
Regularly home to the world's best cricketers, The SSE SWALEC will host a different type of sport next month when three out of four of the PDC World Darts Championship semi-finalists meet at the Sophia Hall in the National Cricket Centre, Cardiff.
Van Gerwen has lifted 25 out of 26 titles he has competed for in the last twelve months so will start the undisputed favourite as well as world champion and world number 1. In addition to Van Gerwen the event will also showcase three other world-ranked PDC players including his Dutch compatriot Raymond van Barneveld, Scotsman Peter Wright, currently second in the ProTour Rankings, and Carmarthenshire-born Jonny Clayton, whilst Bobby George completes the competitive line-up.
Four amateur players from local darts league teams will provide the curtain raiser for the evening as they take on the pros, before the pros go head to head for the Foster's Darts Masters title.
First held at The SSE SWALEC last July when Welshman Mark Webster proved victorious, the home crowd will be supporting Jonny Clayton all the way.
