Head Coach David Harrison has named a 14-player squad for Glamorgan's trip to Sussex in the Metro Bank One-Day Cup.
Harrison makes two changes to the 14-strong squad named last time out against Warwickshire. Billy Root and Harry Podmore are rested, making way for Colin Ingram and Jamie McIlroy to return.
Ingram suffered a calf strain during his magnificent innings at Derby last weekend and was rested as a precaution for the two matches at Neath this week, while McIlroy has featured as a key player in all competitions this season and earned himself a rest last week as Harrison continues to rotate his senior players for the One-Day competition.
The rotation of senior players has allowed Glamorgan's youngsters to flourish in the competition this season, none more so than 19-year-old Ben Kellaway who impressed again with bat and ball against Warwickshire on Thursday.
Kellaway took another three wickets last time out, taking his tally to six in the tournament so far, and added another 67 runs from just 41 balls with the bat in a stunning at The Gnoll.
Despite Kellaway's display, the Welsh county came out on the wrong side of a thriller in Neath, falling 24 runs short of the visitors' 331/7.
The result means that Glamorgan sit in sixth place in Group B at the halfway stage of the tournament, with three points to their name.
Tomorrow's hosts Sussex Sharks are bottom of the table, but beat Somerset in a thriller of their own last time out to win for the first time in the competition, chasing down Somerset's 318/6 with 11 balls and four wickets to spare.
View from the Camp - Kiran Carlson
"I think we're pretty confident that we're going to try to peak at the right time and we've done some really good things over the past three games that we've played.
"Hopefully, with a couple of good performances, we'll be right back up there.
