A number of new senior sponsors and partners have come on board for 2018 with three of the Welsh County’s lounges and two of the stands being renamed ahead of the new campaign.

Our new 125 Business Club lounge partner is amber energy®, with this year’s pre-season Partners luncheon will be hosted in the amber energy® lounge in celebration.  Our stadium operations team are working closely with our new partner on a variety of energy efficiency projects.

Club box holders, Wild Water Storage, have invested further in the Club by sponsoring The Wild Water Lounge, one of Glamorgan’s premium hospitality and event lounges. As Wales’ leading temperature-controlled storage and distribution company we are proud to display the Wild Water brand.

SA Group, the Wiltshire-based cyber security experts have continually developed our partnership over the last few years with their logo adorned on the front of our Specsavers County Championship shirt and also featuring on the back of our white ball top. This season SA Group and their guests will enjoy watching Glamorgan from the luxury of their own box and we look forward to welcoming them to the home of Welsh cricket and working with their experts to ensure our systems are secure and robust.

Our Telecoms and IT partner, Pro-Copy, have rebranded as Altodigital. They will continue to be a box holder and sponsor the family stand, which will be known as the ‘Altodigital Family Stand’.  We have been partners for over ten years and we are delighted that this long association will continue for years to come.

The ‘Cathedral Road Stand and accompanying hospitality lounge is rebranded as the ‘Castell Howell Stand’ and ‘Castell Howell Lounge’ respectively. Castell Howell, Wales’ leading food and catering provider need no introduction.  We pride ourselves on the high standards of our hospitality at Glamorgan Cricket and Castell Howell are a vital part of ensuring our guests receive our notable fine dining experience in Welsh sport.

Heineken, our pourage partners, continue to support everything we do and ensure our fans enjoy quality beers, lagers and ciders as they cheer on the team.

The new Gray-Nicolls Glamorgan Vitality blast and Royal London One Day Cup shirt has an exciting new design featuring all the affiliated cricket clubs in Wales. The shirt will continue to feature MiPost on the chest, SA Group on the back, Discoverleeks on the arm and Aston Martin on the collar.  Aston Martin’s joint partnership with Cricket Wales also continues as the famous wings adorn the front of all the Wales age grade teams in 2018.

It’s also business as usual on the Specsavers County Championship shirt as SA Group extend their front of shirt partnership and Newport based, SPTS Technologies take pride of place on the back of the shirt.  Discoverleeks and Aston Martin complete the set and will be proudly worn by the team in the coming season.

NAT Travel are providing the team bus in 2018 so the team will be travelling in style, whilst Ufit gym will ensure they’re in great shape.  Brecon Carreg will keep the squad hydrated and Cardiff Audi will be keeping them mobile.  Emex Fire and Security continue to keep our staff and customers safe off the pitch and Masuri helmets will be keeping the team safe on it.  Cardiff Metropolitan University, through our academy partnership, are helping to ensure that the production line of Welsh talent keeps producing future Glamorgan players.

Tiger Tiger are our official After-Blast partner who will help us celebrate the wins and The Vale Resort, as our official hotel partner, will be providing a warm Welsh welcome to our visiting opposition.

Huw Mitchell, Commercial Partnerships Manager at Glamorgan, said “Our partners are a vital part of Team Glamorgan and their support is integral to all that we do.  It is fantastic to welcome a number of new partners to the Club for 2018 and hugely gratifying that so many high profile organisations from inside and outside Wales have chosen Glamorgan Cricket to partner with.

“We focus on finding like-minded partners that want to work with us in innovative ways, forming long lasting relationships and to the benefit of both of our organisations.  Each of our partners shares our core values and are committed to seeing cricket grow and thrive in Wales.”
