Glamorgan play their final away fixture in this year’s Royal London One-Day Cup tomorrow when they travel to the Ageas Bowl to play Hampshire (11am start).

The Welsh county are all but eliminated from the competition after narrowly losing to Middlesex at Radlett on Wednesday giving them two wins and four losses from their six games to date.

Despite List A career best bowling figures from Colin Ingram and a run a ball half century he could not prevent Glamorgan from falling 16 runs short chasing 244 to win.

Following his performances this week, the South African also deposed Durham’s Keaton Jennings as the competition’s Most Valuable Player.

Ingram scored a career best 142 against Essex on Sunday, followed by 53 with the bat and his best bowling figures of 4-39 against Middlesex three days later.

The South African will seek to carry on his form at the Ageas Bowl as his side look to finish the competition on a high with a win tomorrow and then in their final home fixture against Kent at St. Helen’s in Swansea on Sunday.

Lukas Carey and Andrew Salter join the starting eleven from Wednesday to make up the travelling 13-man squad.

Graham Wagg remains the only player still side-lined for Glamorgan after Ruadhri Smith continued his return, playing for Glamorgan seconds against the Unicorns at Falkland CC yesterday. The all-rounder opened the bowling taking 1/31 and scored 20 not out to take his side to victory.

Glamorgan squad: Jacques Rudolph (c), David Lloyd, Will Bragg, Colin Ingram, Kiran Carlson, Aneurin Donald, Chris Cooke (wk), Craig Meschede, Andrew Salter, Marchant de Lange, Timm van der Gugten, Lukas Carey, Michael Hogan.
