Glamorgan face Somerset on Saturday having won their last three home NatWest T20 Blast matches against their West Country rivals.
In 2013 Glamorgan routed Somerset, winning by nine wickets with former Glamorgan player and now current Somerset captain, Jim Allenby scoring 47 not out for the Welsh County as they chased down 126 with nearly five overs left.
The match was abandoned in 2014 due to rain and was heavily interrupted in 2015. Somerset batted first and mustered 160, thanks mainly to a 84 from Tom Cooper. After six overs Glamorgan were 43/1 before the rain came down, presenting Glamorgan with a 2-run win via the Duckworth-Lewis method. Former Somerset all-rounder Craig Meschede struck 18 off 8 balls in the powerplay overs.
Last year, Master Blaster Colin Ingram took centre stage, striking 54 off 37 balls and returned figures of 3-20 against Somerset which helped secure Glamorgan's T20 Blast quarter-final spot. He was ably supported by homegrown talent Aneurin Donald who scored 44 not out as Glamorgan romped to victory from 18 overs.
