As part of developing our plans to ensure a diverse and inclusive Glamorgan Cricket, we are seeking to understand the lived experiences of people from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and their interaction with the club.
As part of a listening project, we will be seeking views across a range of methods, most notably via a short survey to capture people’s thoughts and experiences.
