"I am pleased that Glamorgan Cricket shares my vision to help promote Diversity & Inclusion in all sectors. It is very pleasing to see how delighted the club is with the branded Prayer Mats I have supplied," said Sadique Maskeen, Umbrella Faith.

"Glamorgan understand the importance of Diversity and Inclusion. They offer a superb welcome to everyone and their inclusive approach cares about individuals and builds up community," added Rev Sarah Jones.

"It is absolutely fantastic to see the effort Glamorgan Cricket puts into making the club such an inclusive place to go and visit.  The club really embraces the diversity of the city, and this is reflected in the multi-faith prayer rooms they have made available to their visitors," said Councillor Kanaya Singh.

"Sports Chaplaincy is delighted to continue our association with Glamorgan CC and to help support their wellbeing needs in various ways including placing a chaplain.

"Having a faith room for fans and spectators to access during match days shows their awareness to meet wider needs and acknowledge faith is important to many.

"Sports Chaplaincy are pleased to play our part including providing bibles and wellbeing booklets for use by all.  We hope supporters will find this a welcome development and make much use of it in the seasons ahead," commented Martyn Lewis.

"Meaning: You have a right to perform your prescribed duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, nor be attached to inaction," said Radhika Kadaba, Secretary Interfaith Council for Wales & Hindu Council of Wales.
