The Welsh county have won four of their five T20 matches against Middlesex at Sophia Gardens but, as the list below shows of their six most recent games, Middlesex were victorious on their most recent visit to Cardiff for a T20 game in 2019:

3 July, 2014 at Richmond - Glamorgan won by 6 wickets
5 June, 2015 at Cardiff - Glamorgan won by 4 runs
8 July, 2016 at Richmond - Glamorgan won by 9 wickets
18 Aug, 2017 at Cardiff - Glamorgan won by 7 wickets
5 Aug, 2018 at Richmond - Glamorgan won by 7 wickets
26 July, 2019 at Cardiff - Middlesex won by 8 wickets

Glamorgan’s winning sequence at their headquarters in Cardiff also includes the game in June 2010 when they won by seven wickets, as well as the following June when they won by 45 runs under the Duckworth-Lewis Method with Alviro Peterson posting 72 before left-armers Graham Wagg and Alex Jones each claimed three wickets as the visitors stuttered in their run chase. The Welsh county’s total of 199-4 in that game ten years ago still remains their highest-ever against Middlesex in this format of the game.

However, as far as the standout performances for Glamorgan with bat and ball in T20 contests against Middlesex, each have come in games at Old Deer Park in Richmond, where Jim Allenby posted 105 during the game in 2014, before Ruaidhri Smith took 4/6 in the contest in 2018.
