Tickets for this year’s Vitality Blast went on sale today (March 1st) with Glamorgan to play seven home matches in the group stages of the competition.
Glamorgan will be looking to replicate their form from last year’s edition of the competition when they topped the South Group before defeating Leicestershire Foxes in the quarter-final to reach Finals Day for the first time in 13 years.
This year the Welsh county kick-off their campaign against Sussex Sharks on Sunday, 8th July with tickets to the match only £10 for adults and free for children.
Throughout the competition Glamorgan will play four matches on a Friday night, including fixtures against local rivals Somerset and Gloucestershire, as well as star studded Surrey. Tickets for these blockbuster matches are just £16 in advance and £5 for children
The Welsh county will also be in action on Sunday, 29th July against Kent and on a Tuesday night against 2017 Specsavers County Championship winners Essex, who will be out for revenge after Glamorgan defeated them in a record T20 chase at Chelmsford last year after a scintillating century from Colin Ingram.

Glamorgan chief executive, Hugh Morris, said “We enjoyed a fantastic 2017 Blast campaign and this year we’ll be looking to go even better.
“We’ve strengthened the squad with the addition of Shaun Marsh and under the leadership of Colin Ingram and with some of our young Welsh players coming through, we can make a big impact on the competition.
“There are some great matches to look forward, with each of our Sunday matches and our Tuesday match free for children and just £10 for adults.
“We also have four Friday night games, which will be ideal for those people coming straight after work with colleagues or after they’ve picked up their children, so we’re expecting some big crowds throughout the summer.”
Off the field, there will be plenty for children to do in the ‘Fun Zone’ with Glamorgan’s mascots Morgan and Dewi the dragon. Children and parents can learn more about starting out in sports through a range of fun activities from a number of different sports, including cricket, football and tennis, as well as rock climbing, while there are always free goodies available from Dewi's Den.
Supporters can purchase a T20 Season Ticket for all seven matches for just £60, giving an overall saving of £34 on individual adult advance tickets.
