How to get your Ashes 2015 tickets

12 May 2014 | Cricket
The Ashes are returning to Wales next year and Cardiff's SWALEC Stadium will host the opening Investec Ashes Test Match of the five-match series, starting on Wednesday 8th July 2015.
Demand for match tickets for the Investec Ashes Test Match is sure to be massively oversubscribed once more, with tickets on sale from September 2014.

A number of cricket supporters have already secured the right to buy a ticket for the Ashes in Cardiff next year, by purchasing a match ticket for either of the Cardiff fixtures in 2013. These were the England Vs Australia ODI and the ICC Champions Trophy England Vs New Zealand match.

Furthermore Glamorgan CCC members in 2013 or 2014 also have the right to purchase a matchday ticket for each year of membership over the last two years. This means a Glamorgan member in 2013 and 2014 who purchased a ticket for both England internationals in Cardiff last year could purchase 4 tickets in total.

It's not too late to secure your right to purchase an Ashes ticket, while enjoying domestic cricket this year, as Glamorgan membership* is still on sale. Country Membership priced £60 is available for supporters living outside of CF or NP postcode areas, Club Player membership priced £65 is valid for anyone registered to play for a Welsh cricket club and Glamorgan Annual or Premier membership starts from £179 giving access to every day of play as well as a guaranteed right to buy an Ashes ticket.

A limited number of tickets are still available to purchase for the England Vs India Royal London One-Day International at the SWALEC Stadium on Wednesday 27th August 2014.

* Please note: There is no right to buy link between the 2014 Royal London ODI England v India and the Ashes contest in 2015. The right to buy benefit only applies to valid adult memberships 2013 & 2014, whilst the 2014 Glamorgan T20 Blast season ticket is not a membership product so does not carry any right to buy benefit either.
